What keeps you motivated to exercise?

  • I generally don't need Ny more motivation other than I LOVE it! But when the mornings are getting dark and cold and bed is a tempting option having a goal race in the future gets me outdoors.
  • As shallow as it sounds... cute workout clothes! I don't go out and do it often, but every once in a while I need to buy a new top, or pair of yoga pants. Wearing those cute clothes, along with the in shape body I work so hard for... keeps me coming back. I feel AWESOME!
