Do you struggle with body image?

    <p>I think we all do, regardless of our shape, size, colour, sex or language. I still feel like the super-overweight teen I was, even though I am now below the average BMI. The numbers on the scale still scare me, any gain the doctor registers spikes my brain with horrible self-thoughts because when you're trying to lose, any gain is fought against and treated as a failure. Depending on the day I won't wear tight shirts, but then there are those days where I stride out the door and think "yes, I DO look good".</p>
